OUR COMMITTEES

T.S.K.V. Spartacus operates through specialized committees that focus on different aspects of our association. These committees are made up of dedicated volunteers who contribute their time and talents to enhance the Spartacus experience for all members.

POWERLIFTING COMMITTEE

Led by: Matthijs Weltens

The Powerlifting Committee is responsible for organizing and executing all internal and external competitions, as well as coordinating participation in external events. They handle everything from registration and equipment setup to judging and result recording.

Committee Details

  • 5-7 active members
  • Meets frequently before competitions
  • Basic knowledge of powerlifting preferred
  • Opportunity to work with KNKF officials

ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE

Led by: Charlotte de Jong

The Activities Committee plans and coordinates social gatherings, workshops, seminars, and other non-competition events. They focus on creating opportunities for members to connect, learn, and have fun outside of regular training.

MEDIA COMMITTEE

Led by: Milan van Uitert

The Media Committee handles all aspects of the association's visual presence, including photography, videography, social media content creation, and website maintenance. They document events and create engaging content to showcase Spartacus activities.

MERCHANDISE COMMITTEE

Led by: Elle Vanderbilt

The Merchandise Committee handles all aspects of Spartacus branded products. They design, source, and manage the distribution of clothing, accessories, and other merchandise that showcases our brand and creates a sense of community among members.

AUDIT COMMITTEE

Led by: Herman Skledar

The Audit Committee serves as an independent body that reviews the association's financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability. They verify that all financial transactions are properly documented and that the association's resources are being used appropriately.

  • Meets quarterly and before General Members Meeting
  • Financial knowledge or accounting background preferred
  • Includes previous treasurers for institutional knowledge

TECH COMMITTEE

Led by: Chris Jansen

The Tech Committee manages all technological aspects of T.S.K.V. Spartacus. They maintain the website, develop and manage digital tools for membership administration, competition management, and provide technical support to other committees.
