Dear (female) Spartans,

Even though strength training can oftentimes revolve around all the strong men, we at Spartacus most certainly don’t want to forget about all of our strong women! That’s why we’re organizing a lecture on the 25th of October, 19:30, which will be specially catered towards women. This lecture will take place online and will be given by Tetyana Melnyk, who is the female national coach of Ukraine’s powerlifting team and a renowned figure within the global powerlifting community. She’ll give you all sorts of insightful information on how to optimize your training as a woman, like how to synchronize your programming with different phases of the menstrual cycle.
