This time we're going to play Among Us on the 22nd of October at 20:00! Our online gamenights during the first wave of COVID were a great success, so be sure to join this night of mystery... are you going to find the imposter? Or will you manage to kill everyone on board? If you're busy with exams/deadlines take a small break and join us for one or two games!!

He is not only a new valuable addition to the Activities Committee, but also to the strong Powerlifting team. We are organizing this year's Student National Pow We are organizing this year's Student National Powerlifting Championships (NSK) and our volunteers will proudly wear our shirt during the event.Lucky for you we're also offering these shirts for pre-order for visitors, athletes and coaches of the competition.Available for preorder for €12,49 until September 27th, you will be able to pick up your shirt at the competition on 10 and 11 October. Those who were brave enough to accept the challenge after the TOP Cantus on the prior evening gave it their all! (Especially the ladies appeared to be hungover) . Participants tested their limits on bicep curls, squats and finished with a dead hang for time. . Congratulations to the winner, you will be rewarded with a free year membership! 💪🏼

Hindenburg the next time you go to the beach? Well we got you covered! . This recipe, courtesy of Iron Chef @saramandersx gives you the best of both worlds with a delicious yet nutritious kapsalon! You'll be grilling like a pro in no time with these simple steps, so you can run your in-house kebab shop and call your roommates "maatje" for the rest of the month. Sara is obsessed with food, especially healthy, but a lot of foods she is better off without (#bellycramps). Training booty 🍑 is another thing Sara is all about, but for now sumo deadlifting is off the table #hippain The NK Junioren was Sara her first competition and she is now crazy about powerlifting! (We hope your sumo deadlift will soon return!) Besides her study she also works almost fulltime. She is a busy bee 🐝 Sara is chairman of the activity committee of Spartacus and organises and participates in all the fun stuff. Thank you Sara!
